Yahoo Ip Grabber And Find Location

I got this program and can't get it to work correctly im hoping someone else can figure it out. You just have to follow the directions inside the program "Read first how to use" tab and i dont think this program will work if you use a router. I could only get it to work on myself after i clicked on the link, it's supposed to work on people without needing them to click the link. This is my 1st time posting a program so please let me know if i did anything wrong.
